INDICATION:   
Improves strength/power/performance in repetitive bouts of brief, highly-intense physical activity.

MEDICINAL INGREDIENT:
1 full scoop contains:
Creatine monohydrate (micronized )  … 5 g

DOSAGE adults:  
Loading phase:  Take 1 full scoop, 4 times daily.
Maintenance phase:  Take 1scoop daily, for 5 to7 days.
Take separately from products containing caffeine (e.g. coffee, cola, etc.)

WARNINGS:
