A graduate in Kinesiology from the University of Sherbrooke, Denis Pedneault has always had a special interest in training and nutrition. A lecturer, trainer and teacher in Kinesiology (University of Sherbrooke), his objectivism and hunger for knowledge led him to specialize in muscular development, posture, functional biomechanics and peak nutrition. Accredited by Hormonal Science, he works as a trainer, therapist and consultant at Excellence Fitness in Sherbrooke.

Having Practised natural bodybuilding for more 17 years now, he has made his mark on the Canadian scene by winning 4 national championships, of which 2 were “triple” win titles (Division, Overall and Best Poser). He has also done just as well on the international scene, finishing in 7th (2006) and 4th (2009) place at the IFBB World Championships.

Using Gamma Force products, he is actually in preparation for the next IFBB World Championships that will be held in India next November. After these products helped him to take all the honours at the Canadian Championships last March, he is convinced that they will help him to reach his goal of ascending to the International top-3 this year!
