INDICATION:   Helps to maintain healthy cartilage.

MEDICINAL INGREDIENT:
Each capsule contains:
Glucosamine HCL (exoskeleton of shrimp, crab and / or  lobster) ..1000 mg
 
NONMEDICINAL INGREDIENTS :  
Vegetal capsule  (hypromellose, silica),
L-Leucine pharmaceutical grade (lubricant).

DOSAGE adults:
Take 1 capsule 2 times a day.  Must be used for a minimum of 4 weeks to see beneficial effects.
